1. Agreement

2. B2B sales only

Products are sold exclusively to commercial and industrial buyers. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our minimum volume requirements (500 lb) or that appear intended for retail resale to consumers.

3. Product description

4. Orders & pricing

All pricing is provided by custom quote. A quote does not constitute a binding offer until accepted in writing by both parties. We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and specifications without notice prior to order confirmation.

5. Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing. Freight terms (FOB, prepaid, etc.) are specified on each invoice.

6. Limitation of liability

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bulk Chicken Dewormer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from buyer's use, resale, or misrepresentation of the product.

8. No warranties

Products are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as agreed by the parties.
